Shipping

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure that your delivery address and delivery instructions are as accurate as possible, and to include instructions for the courier of where to leave the package if you are out.

Free shipping for standard UK addresses on orders over £60, all other orders £6.95 flat rate next day courier. Orders outside of our standard UK shipping areas will incur an additional charge as set by our courier.

We deliver all over the UK. Some areas of the UK are subject to additional shipping charges, such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. If in any doubt please contact us prior to placing your order.

Returns

The normal statutory rights applying to returns and refunds, including a 14 day cooling off period, are not applicable to perishable goods such as cheese. If you are unhappy with any of the goods you have received, please inform us by email immediately and we will strive to resolve any issues, usually by offering a refund or sending a replacement if preferred.

Christmas gift

Order cheese selection on 3rd December for friend in Cardiff. Didn’t locate ‘gift card’ or delivery date option on website. Received prompt confirmation that order delivery scheduled, which I was able to defer until 17th December.
Gift received by friend but being kept until Christmas, so unable to comment on taste of products.

Bought as a gift and much appreciated but the courier didn't take care. Seller was extremely helpful and they are considering stronger packaging.

A delicious treat for a poorly relative delivered and perfectly wrapped

Couldn't ask for better.

I bouht this as a gift to a relative, who, due to his age, has not been able to
travel back to Wales since 2018. I remembered him saying that he. and his wife
had enjoyed visiting caws cenarth during one of their previous holidays, and really enjoyed their visit. And so i figured that a cheese box from Caws Cenarth would be a good present - and they were delighted.
