Dol Las is our Ewe’s milk blue cheese. One of our lesser known Cheeses, but a real gem. This is a firmer and slightly milder version of our Dol Las. Think a cross between Dol Las and Becca.

As the cheese will be hand cut from the wheel and wrapped in deli wrap the cheese will have a 7 day date on it.

We send out deliveries every weekday from Monday to Wednesday, so deliveries can be scheduled for days between Tuesday and Thursday.
