Perfect present

I bought Perl Las as part of a gift for a foodie loving friend. I have eaten Perl Las many times (odering it online and tasting as part of a cheeseboard in Pembrokeshire restaurant). It is a delicious blue cheese perfect taste blend of creaminess and salt. I ordered it with Golden Cenarth as a gift...the recipient thought both were great, delicious cheeses.

Cheese heaven

This cheese put me in cheese heaven the first time I tasted it. I could not believe a cheese could be so creamy and tasty. I'm back there every time I have it.

Tidy

Just had this cheese for the first time sprinkled as the magic ingredient on a lasagne at The Bell near Newbridge in Mid-Wales. The cheese, the pub and the lasagne all get top marks!
