This cheese put me in cheese heaven the first time I tasted it. I could not believe a cheese could be so creamy and tasty. I'm back there every time I have it.

An excellent selection of cheese ready to share and to eat. Ordering direct from the producer gives the consumer more cheese per pound sterling and puts more of the cost in the pocket of the farmer.

Fab cheese selection and 1st class delivery

It works, the sweetness of the cheddar is complimented by the ginger which infuses the cheese, so has a very small amount of sugar, perfect for those with diabetes trying to control sugar intake- but still like sweet things, A perfect substitute for puddings. Tried it at Christmas and now have it often. Compare the sugar content to the supermarket flavoured cheeses - less than 10% of those. Probably unintended consequences but that’s the reason I bought it- and it is really delicious. Win win

Great balance between creaminess and blueness

Just had this cheese for the first time sprinkled as the magic ingredient on a lasagne at The Bell near Newbridge in Mid-Wales. The cheese, the pub and the lasagne all get top marks!

Not sure if this is our favourite or the balsamic onion, but massively enjoy having this as a treat
