Bought as birthday present for my friend,she thoroughly enjoyed the selection of cheeses and the chutney. Would definitely recommend. Have bought cheeses for myself more than once from them Lovely people too

We had a problem with the delivery but was rectified perfectly as soon as they were made aware.
The cheese itself is absolutely delicious and I will be making further orders on my return from my wanderings.

This was the best cheese in the whole delivery of 5/6. It had clearly aged very well. Full of flavour and soft enough to spread once it was room temperature. It didn't last very long. We had to ration ourselves.

Mild but tasty creamy soft cheese with a tasty crust, great on oatcakes.

What can I say? It's just a really lovely, creamy cheddar!

Personal tastes run to stronger cheddar than this, so would say its more of a 'mature' cheddar.

Hopefully something even stronger version (an extra, extra mature or extreme mature is in the plans, because it will be bought straight away!

Visit here every time I’m in south west wales. Amazing cheese, love watching them Make it and tasting it before deciding on my purchase.

This was recommended after I said I like brie. This is by far much tastier than supermarket brie.
I will be getting a much bigger version of this when I visit again very soon.
